- Do not use your child’s crib for playing, disciplining or eating. Your baby should only associate the crib with one activity – sleeping!
- From the age of approx. 3-4 months: Do not rush over immediately if your child starts to whine slightly at night, give him or her some time to calm down on his or her own. However, do not leave your child alone for a longer period.
- Never cover the face of your baby with a blanket! This can lead to overheating and breathing difficulties!
- Do not put any large objects such as pillows, quilts, sleep aids, sheepskins or soft toys in the crib. Otherwise, there is a risk of suffocation for your child! If your child is at least 6 months old, a sleep aid (cuddly toy) is possible.
